Raining Fish?

There is a saying in Cambodia "In any puddle you can find a fish". Not in every puddle, but I have seen fish in many little puddles and places that begged me to ask "how in the world did they get there?"
Yesterday it rained really hard and long. Our street filled with water to the point we could not see the pavement. Afterward I was walking with Hocklee. out of the corner of my eye I saw some small splashing and flopping. It turned out to be a fish swiming in the overfull gutter. As we looked closer we observed 3 fish trying to swim along our street. One was as long as my hand, we only saw him for a short time when he flopped off the curb and landed in the water next a sewer drain and swam inside. Another was sightly smaller and Hocklee almost had him three times but in the end it made it to a drain before being captured, but we were able to catch the smallest one and get a few pictures. That is my hand not Logans hand. So it was a full 3 1/2 to 4 inches long. And this was the smallest one?...

I'm still a in a bit of disbelief.
