Little Chef

Kosal, one of the youngest boys in the house, has expressed interest in being a chef some day. When we heard about a local guy who does cooking classes, we were exited for the opportunity to help him explore this avenue in his life.

Rene took the class with Kosal. They started the class at the out door market and did every step on their personal dish.

The dish was called "Fish Amok"

Kosal is known for how much he loves chili peppers. Even the Cambodian instructor was surprised by how spicy Kosal was making his meal.In the end Kosal really liked the meal he made and He had a good time. It's so fun to do things like this with the guy.

Were Waters Fall

We recently took a hike to a waterfall a ways out of town. The guys move a lot faster than Caleb so we decided to hire a cart driver to speed up the process. It still wasn't enough to get many good pictures of the group because we were so far behind.
This was the first time Sakura was able to come with us on a hike... Mostly because this is the first time we have been on a hike in Cambodia.

Logan did an awesome job making his way along the rocky path.

We all had fun playing in the cold water!

Cambodia really is a beautiful place!
