Yeah, It's Like That...

I was at a stop light in Phnom Penh and I was amused by a "professional" city worker. Some things I take for granted, like knowing that you water the ground next to a plant and not the leaves or the "above ground" parts of a plant.


This was the second tree I watched get "watered" I just sat there waiting to see the ground get watered. I suspect this is a reason the trees are withering there. The sad truth is, this speaks to the average education in Cambodia and what people are able to pass on to the next generation.
